Digital Marketing Specialist
A prime candidate for this role should have previous paid-media experience in both Google and Facebook Advertising and be extremely detail oriented. They will also be someone that has strong analytical and reporting skills. We have a variety of clients in different industries looking for stellar ad campaigns. While you will work with a growing team, this position does not manage any employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize multiple PPC campaigns via Facebook and Google
  • Set up of accounts and campaigns using best practice guidelines
  • Ongoing ad testing and methodical performance optimization
  • Bid/budget management to meet and maintain campaign metrics across for all marketplaces
  • Assist in campaign strategy and real-time changes to yield maximum lead/sales performance
  • Benchmark results and effectively communicate performance to management
  • Build KPIs and establish weekly progress reporting to leadership with suggestions and recommendations prepared in advanced
  • Reports on conversion metrics, acting on best practices to increase conversion for clients
  • Collaborate with the creative team and be involved in content creation
  • Cultivates leads, generation of inbound traffic, search engine optimization

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, paid media and lead generation

Web Developer

We are looking for a driven Web Developer to join our marketing agency in the heart of Downtown Orlando. As a Web Developer, you will collaborate with the Creative Team in creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will be responsible for coding, building and laying out the website according to a client’s specifications. Once the website is created, the Web Developer will be responsible for securing, launching and assisting with the maintenance and upkeep of the website. This role will begin as either part-time or on a contract basis but, we guarantee you’ll love our office enough to come on full-time. No remote work available.

Responsibilities:

  • Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
  • Integrate data from various back-end services and databases (e.g. GoDaddy)
  • Collaborate with the creative team by referencing and replicating mockup designs for build-out

Graphic Designer
Designs and creates a wide range of digital graphics, animations, basic video and print collateral to be used in relation to campaigns/ concepts for a wide array of clients and their brands as directed by the Art Director. Designs a wide array of creative in various mediums for social, web, desktop, mobile, email, outdoor, radio, TV and more. Ensures designs and creatives are consistent with each brand’s standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, plan, and design a wide range of specialized graphic and illustrative material, for use across many selling channels
  • Responsible for the design and layout of print materials, logo/brand/identity, store signage, and tradeshow display
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and paid structures.
  • Design of digital assets including web/mobile graphics, emails newsletters, and static banner ads
  • Reformat designs for different mediums and platforms
  • Modify images, fonts and layouts to improve quality in print and digital formats
  • Works with Marketing Director to determine needs and develop graphic direction for concepts and specifications of assigned projects

Skills:

  • BS in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field
